"I tried going to the most run down neighborhood I could find," he tells us. "It just so happens they were worried about the neighborhood. But everything was pet and baby safe — it's nothing harmful ... it's just like washing your car.":lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

I knew a local guy that had his waste dump valve between his front seats. Dumped as he drove or when ever he stopped.
I had to get rid of a lot of old chems I had in my garage that I would never use. Called the local epa here and they asked if they were carpet cleaning chems. Yes...............it's okay to just dump them down the sink he said. Even if your waste tank is full of dog piss from a job I don't see how it would hurt the environment being organic. This stuff won't kill grass either. Just don't dump in open water areas.

Last I checked, (many years ago) ground dumping is legal as far as state regs here go
Has to be X amount of feet (can't recall) from storm sewer ...can't dump in the road or parking lot either
Local regs may differ
(is it legal to ground dump in Kent, Chris?)

if using "normal" everyday carpet juices, carpet nectar isn't a hazard .
It's a fertilizer
That's generally the hazard as I understand it ….algae blooms and vegetation proliferation can be harmful

Phosphates in powdered formulations. I understand liquids don't contain phosphates.

I would never dump straight in to a storm sewer or waterway, but an insane amount of untreated waste from older plumbing is directed right in to drainage. It would make your head spin. We are less than a drop in a bucket.

This is exactly why I run my APO hose into a clandestine bush or sewer clean out. Even if it's legal, some idiot will call take pictures and make you famous on social media. I feel bad for the dude that was dumping into the field, but he should have used a little more sense about people watching a van parked on the side of the road dumping gallons of waste water.

I participated in a Metro Vancouver waste water review recently. Just got a package in the mail with the regulations they developed. Here is a poster they made with my help.

I wonder if she would've complained if it smelled like an outhouse instead.

Hey fred got the same error in this thread taking a pic of my clean out.
when you show me what the "same error" is I might be able to help...or at least tell me what it actually says

all I know now is it doesn't have anything to do with old threads like you said in the other thread................and that photos are being uploaded by others

nm...I see the other thread

I have a 120 gallon tank and there is no way I could clean all day unless I was only cleaning a little apartment once per day. You guys must be using some low flow stuff and moving fast with no dry passes.
