no doubt a swivel would be JUST the ticket in office cubes/desks 'n stuff

only made it thru 46 seconds of that vid
wanted to jump in there, take the wand and say

"look Kid, here's how you do it right so you won't spray puddles and how to use effcient, consistent, straight wand strokes whenever possible "

Derrick, Larry is correct though, your dry passes need to duplicate your wet. You have a bad habit of not "returning the favor"...

The carpet came out well and dried fast regardless (because one can cheat here) but in many situations uneven drying (and soil removal) may cause issues, especially with a portable...

Oh, I got the dig. Not bitter about it, just so you know.

Oh jeez, i thought i was doing good job. Doing cubicle was awkward enough, but i was slow and methodical in the office rooms and hallways... And i did do my dry passes too.. most of the time.

Dry passes were not consistent or complete.

I'll do a video soon

I saw on most of his wet passes that they were on pulling the wand back only. Allot of times you can skip the dry passes if the carpet isn't too bad.

I do dry passes religiously only because my wet passes are on the forward and backward motion, using more water.

But let the window on the wand tell the truth. Do a quick wet pass on the pull back only and go over it with a dry pass. Can you see a bunch of water being extracted?

Ok then, ARE YOU GOING TO BUY ONE? Can you use it with you’re porty? Will it make you a better cleaner? Are you going to actually use it to it’s potential? No, in the video, you WERE NOT DOING DRY PASSES. I’m surprised Mike didn’t jump on ya for that. Even with my over driven 47 blower, I run 1-2 passes with my 14’ Prochem, or my AW29.... it ain’t clean until you suck as much out as time and fibre type allow....

No, I am not gonna buy as of this moment. It not in my budget right now. Can it work with Porty? Yes, absolutely. It will outperform the aw29 greatly... As long you have good vac to make it worthwhile. Since this is was set up as 6 flow, it would definitely need to be changed to match porty flow capabilities.

but this wand is so nice that I rather use a truck mount for it.

Devastator 2.0" - 14" = Excalibur

Devastator 1.5" - 12" = Gram

Both equally legendary... take your pick...

I'm thinking about getting the 1"1/2 wand for porty use only. awww screw it, I hate porty work. I spend way more time and lose way more money avoiding it. But it was a nice thought.

It's fun watching the pendulum swing.
