hey guys, i think i might need a zipper, i have a ton of apartments coming up, empty, .. how does the zipper do on apt grade cut pile??? i currently use a mach 15 pmf with greenglide,

A Zipper will do a good job as you can flush both forwards and back without over wetting the carpet but you may find it awkward. On trashed rentals, I prefer a rotovac or crb/wand combo. I love my Zipper for wide open spaces but I wouldn't use it in apartments.

I think you can justify getting one. You may not use it a ton on these jobs but you will find many uses for it. It is easy to use, leaves the carpets very dry, and is great on large commercial! We love ours!
