Who here uses a Trinity "TOPS" machine? Besides Mike?

I'm curious, how many Trinity machine users do we have here? And what's the general consensus on these machines? I know that Mike likes his Phoenix. Who else is on board? I'm particularly interested to get an idea how they're comparing to the Orbot Vibe and the Eco 17 Pro. If you're more comfortable sending a private message that's fine. Thanks

We love our Trinity Phoenix. There's no comparison between it, the Robot Jive or that other thingy. The other 2 are entry level machines & priced accordingly. Get the Trinity & never look back.

We have the Trinity Spyder and the Orbit Vibe. Run the Trinity on Speed 3 (5 is the fastest)which I believe is the same as the Orbot. Much prefer the Vibe. Larger tank, better system of adding weight and smoother. This is just a personal preference, I’m not knocking Trinity at all. With the Cimex, Vibe and Trinity in the warehouse, the Trinity is the last to be taken out.

Orbot is speed one, set it to that and
take out "the washer" and it will run as smooth as the Vibe

But it still wont be a PHX

I have both the Phoenix and Spyder (pre-phx) models. ...its fine to cut your teeth and use training weels if you're budget is limited and your new to the game but if you want to get serious about getting work done...production time, strength, durability, customer service, etc, etc, &blah blah...Then buy a Trinity TOPs
....and custom colors....have it built to match your company colors, van, uniforms...really stand out as a professional
.....just my two cents. 🤷‍♂️

I see you added the mighty eco as well to your offerings.

I look forward to see where you are with all this a year from now
We’ve been a Mytee distributor for several years. Haven’t done a lot with their products in the past few years. But we’ve stayed in the loop with them. We now have Orbot Vibe, Tops Phoenix, and the Mytee Eco Pro’s for orbitals. Rounding out the line a bit. 😊 The cool thing is that each of these machines have various strengths. I like different aspects of each of them.

I’m not going to do what I did and bash Trinity... they’ve really come around and don’t market the way they used to.

That said, I sold my Spyder. It was definitely fast but I feel the Mytee and Orbot models dig into carpet better for a better clean. That better cleaning efficiency canceled out the faster speed... for me.

Did you ever try turning the speed " down" ?

I did on mine before sending it to Santa Cruz and its almost as good as my PHX, just vibrates more..
