Pictures sometimes can be deceiving. Are you speaking of the light pink haze that appears to be present, or is that just a lighting issue?

That purple power isn't a good Pre-spray for natural cotton fibers. Pink tells me color loss

What was used to spot that spot? Is it a food spill or blood?

Natural fibers?

Looks to me like they tried to spot clean the spot and either really cleaned the area around it, or bleached it.
I don't think they spotted it or they would have left a high ph halo. I think they rinsed it extremely well.

It doesn't look as if they agitated their precondition, if they used one. Glided over it with the "I hit it attitude" instead of I cleaned it.

You can't fix that fiber if it's color loss. I comprehend that

I didn't read all the comments, so sorry if it's been said. It looks like Fire retardant that bled through. Not sure that can be fixed.

the visible tool marks suggest either residue or too wet for too long to me

If synthetic I'd oxy encp it

If natural I'd mist an encap based acid rinse on it, followed by neutral pH encap

Just another lousy cleaning job. You already know how to fix it.

Only thing that would help that you don't already know or haven't told us is what is the stain.
You know how to test fiber I assume. And what products do what. And you know not to leave the cushions so they dont dry.

Is there anything else?

Preferably not one of you regular morons.

Where you gonna get a nonregular moron from? You’ve been told at least twice if my comprehension
is accurate.
