Hope you all had a great holiday. Mike, you still need me to edit anything you post in public. Your card has me twitching. Jokes aside though, I’m looking forward to the changes and the fest and the new year

The card/graphic was given to me by my YouTube guy as a present and considering he's a Muslim, I didn't feel I had the right to ask him to edit a free gift

I got put on Ozempic for my diabetes and I’m down a lot of weight too. Need to make some adjustments, some people say I look great, others are telling me I’m starting to look sick. I’m absolutely not taking it to lose weight, it’s just a side effect.

Just do what you need to do to take care of you.

I lost my grandmother to complications from diabetes when she was the age I am now.

It’s bizarre how much we’re like our grandparents. I had a gallbladder attack One year younger than my maternal grandmother
succumbed to her’s. I didn’t have it removed until a year later after another attack. Jesus and I had a serious talk about it. He listened! We were both 59.

My last endo appointment I asked the Dr to level with me, how long can I still eat cake with my A1C at 8 before I start losing toes. I just haven’t been able to rein in the junk food. I’m a picky eater and I love carbs. I’m so crazy busy running around taking care of everyone else that I don’t take care of myself right, and I’m a stress eater so that doesn’t help matters with a feral 2 year old, an autistic five year old, a perfectionist husband, and a business to run. He laughed at me and started me on Jardiance, which has been working well. Planning on seeing an A1C closer to 7 next time I make it to the lab.
