Bentley Swivel Wand Reducer

Hey i have a guy having a issue using the reducer coupler to shorten his Bentley Swivel Wand. They have tried what Mytee said with silicone and also 2 part epoxy but neither one was strong enough to hold together. Any ideas what might work best? Does anyone have experience cutting down their...
