Been having problems with my Cleanco 47 not holding pump pressure. Cleaned out my filters, found debris in the lower check valves, no difference. Pump pressure fluctuates all over the place. Open up my Chem feed to flow some acid rinse through it and like magic, the pressure is fine. Turn down the Chem feed and it fluctuates. I guess tomorrow I'll replace the Chem meter and lines and see what happens.

Is the brass elbow coming off your chem pump wet?
No, I think there is an air leak either in the hoses or a crack in the meter itself or a fitting. I love the power of my Cleanco but I hate the 2.5 gallon chemical jug. If you run out of chemical your pump shuts down. Stupid engineering. I may put a 5 gallon jug behind the passenger seat

Been doing a deep dig in my Cleanco. Finding all sorts of problems. Had some metal debris in my pump check valves. Had a crack in a brass fitting on my chemical feed. There is an air leak somewhere between the feed from the water box and the pump. Will replace the filter as that's a likely culprit. Pump works fine when the hose from the water box is hooked up directly so I know that's ok. Will be putting in a new chemical meter, fitting and hoses. Will have to inspect all the brass to see if there are any cracks. Pain in the ass to diagnose but glad I can do most things myself. Hate going to a shop and spending money to not have the problem fixed.
