Guy on YT using floor stripper on soiled ceramic tiles. It's sloshing up against the baseboards. Is that bad for the baseboards (MDF) in the long term if they are in decent condition?
Any excessive moisture will cause the MDF to swell and pull away from the wall. Stripper or high pH products just makes it worse.Guy on YT using floor stripper on soiled ceramic tiles. He's also claiming you can 'neutralize' it with a spritzing of vinegar and it's fine. I'm guessing that's wrong...Any excessive moisture will cause the MDF to swell and pull away from the wall. Stripper or high pH products just makes it worse.
