Check Home Depot Rigid brand full warranty even the batteries as long as u register it. Rigid is now the Home depot brand
not a big fan of Kobalt in general, Raf
Haven't owned any of their power tools, but their hand tools, saws, bits, blades, etc ain't all that...
Milwaukee (own plenty of their stuff) but quit buying it years ago.
Failed switches and crap batteries has been my experience over the years

This is doubly important if you drive a Ford. They have had problems with lugs snapping and use lug nuts that have a sheet metal cover that gets ground up and causes problems. See: Ford; swollen nuts. The most important post of the thread should be about stretching wheel studs.
I see a lot of swollen nuts driving f150's with lift kits.I'll pass. That's too easy.
Thanks guys for all the imputs..
I went with Kobalt 24v Max. It’s a beast.
while at the store looking around, saw they had a sale for that impact wrench with battery and bag for $149. Regular price was $219. Grabbed it and went to pay for it. Sale ended last night midnight. But because they failed to remove the sale price from off the shelf, the sale price was honored.
5 year warranty and 3 year warranty on the battery.
I couldn’t resist.
For my uses since i am not a mechanic, I think it will do me just fine.
Thanks again my brothers...
