How can I determine which size glide I need?

I'm looking at a standard or undersize fit glide for my prochem titanium. Any suggestions?

The undersized were only made long ago for a short period of time

It's not a width measurement, it's the distance of lip to lip for and aft

I just ordered it and I couldn't see a spot to leave a note, saying I needed the lock screw.
