Idiot™
I’m certain ChemDry has a new franchise in town. They somehow find a new lemming every 4 or 5 years. It takes then around 2 years to disappear. Then the cycle starts again.
I saw a new van, with no phone number, and no equipment in town a few weeks back. I figure it was the franchise coordinator. Then the phone calls started last week. While I was in the hospital, Brady took a call from what had to be the new owner. She said our local carpet store told her to call ChemDry, but she wanted to know about our method ... of course, she asked a lot of dry time questions.
The local carpet store uses us. She went in to sell them on dry cleaning and they told her they only recommend us. So, of course the calls started. The second one came to me, today. This time it was a guy. He sounded like a real imbecile. He asked about dry times. Told him three or four hours. He said HOURS? And hung up. Idiot.
They all do the same thing.
Like clockwork.
