I have a couple of accounts I could do this on.. The guys that do it now just pressure wash the concrete, is that faster then running a spinner? What is the going rate?

Easier to control and clean with this vs pressure wash and let go all over.

We had to recover water today and the wheel kit makes this way easier cleaning

How long did it take(including sweeping)? I'm always waiting for them before I clean common areas..

Been thinking about the wheel kit or just biting the bullet and getting the 17 inch with the wheel kit. What do you think of it compared to say just having the brush ring?

If doing concrete I would have a wheel kit. We were using the Nylon ring but it barely touched the ground most times.

If you didn't recover the water a large concrete Spinner and pressure washer way to go.

We were at 1000 psi and letting chems do more of the work.

But, we had to recover today, so the little larger unit would have been nice.... But we got it done with what we had and they now see the difference compared to past and are willing to pay for bigger price increase next year.

I will make it up here on the carpet cleaning like I usually do :)

In many localities, recovery is mandatory when cleaning parking garages and lots due to the likelyhood of heavy automotive fluid contamination.

Irregardless if recovery is mandatory or not, surface spinners are always faster and easier when doing large amounts of flatwork, and recovery is always a plus as it cuts down on the mess, and additional effort to manage/control waste water and the need to repeatedly "push" it around towards drains, exits, or wherever you happen to want it to go, which can be very tedious, and a production rate killer.

Trying to attack that size of a job with only lances would be a nightmare.

Most decent size P'washing specific surface spinners, which can get as big as 22 inches in diameter (not smaller T/G ones like the TurboForce/Hybrid) usually require 4+gpm pump output at a absolute minimum to run effectively, which is often out of reach of most CC unit pumps.

I wonder if they make a wheel kit for the CX-15?

I have had people contact me and tell me, they do not....

But I did make a second wheel kit out of aluminum. (Luckily or I would still be there I think vs typing this)

I have not looked at the CX 15 carefully but will look a little closer and see if I can come up with something for a wheel kit too....
