I suggested that the orders page which shows all the work orders that have money due turns red when their is an account past due. Instead of always being blue.

An email reminder when a re-occuring appointment comes due would be nice.

My laptop screen must be too small because i have to scroll down to see appointments past 5 PM. Which i never do and always miss night appointments

I like both ideas. It's also be nice to email directly from Service Monster. Like when somebody wants a copy of an invoice or an estimate.
