Mike that looks really good. Saltillo jobs can be challenging especially if you have to strip and recoat. Man what a job that is. I did one last year. Used viper but it would not get the mop and glo up. I had to strip. It turned out really good. I applied a sealer via pump sprayer and then coated with finish. Unfortunately I tried another on later in the year and it turned out really bad. I definitely learned from my mistakes mainly that a lot of prep work and taping off is needed.

$3.00?

not for all the tea in China.

Yea I did 400 sq ft for 1200 dollars. It turned out fabulous too! Ron Lipold gave me some advice. I got lucky because I did very little prep work. Next job I ruined cabinets and had to pay to have them repainted and damaged a hard wood floor. The stripper ate everything up. I learned the hard way on that job. Now I charge a fee for prep work and a separate price for the work. I am surprised at how well that floor turned out with neutral cleaner. Awesome job.

Mikey, I know this is an old post but I just wanted to see why you prefer the brush pro over a rotary on tile?

Also can you recoat if part of the old coating is damagee and come off, or would you need to strip the whole thing at that point?
