Residentials down, so is dog piss, kids urine, vomit, kool-aid (or the Oz equivalent), all the good stuff.

Commercial is way up.

Rugs are up, sold my rugbadger year before last and now use a pile lifter and vac;

Leather furniture and leather clothing is up.

Spot dye/stain removal and carpet repair is also up.
