Would actually depend upon your flow rate and other factors. Should be close to 4 GPH.

Richard's math is exactly correct. It is just his logic that is off.

Clarification

The original question did not state how much concentrated cleaner was added to the 5 gallons. I assumed adding 1 qt of concentrate to 5 gallons of water. Metered at 4:1 this is close to 256:1.

! qt per 5 gallons is the dilution our rinse and emulsifier products use. Several other major manufacturers also use the same dilution.

You are all wrong and Marty is simply trying to look like he has a clue.
Bill is from Canada where we use real ( Imperial ) gallons vs the weeny US gallon.

One Imperial gallon = 1.2009499 US gallons.

Of course if you are using US product then Scott is correct - just his logic is off.

So the volume of a liquid increases as we travel far too North?

I wonder how much volume a gallon equals in Alabama?
