Here are my impressions with 3 days of work.

1. Love how well built it is.
2. Very impressed with how quiet it is.
3. Love the tray that collects debris. ( when it fills then it is like any other CRB leaving lots of crud on the carpet)
4. Like how the lower cross bar is set up to carry the tool
5. Brushes come out real easy for cleaning.
6. Easy power button on the top of the handle.

We had some crap to clean that made it real easy with GREAT results. I am real happy with this tool for Pre scrubbing before HWE. I have not tried to SHAMPOO as of yet. For 1k cheaper then the GLS I think its a great bargin. I even tried to find a GLS used and this was cheaper new.

Thanks Rick G and Excellent Supply for making a money back offer and prompt service.

Maybe Whittaker will cut their prices on GLS machines in half so they can compete with the Windsor unit.

WE really like our machine also, just prescrubed 3000 sq ft with it before HWE

it has made some jobs go so easy on commercial

I have not tried to encap with it yet and probably never will

the carpets we have cleaned seem to dry faster

the pool filter is full of crap every job

talk to KoKOKarpetKlown for a great price, he seems to know where you can get it

Just call your local windsor distributor for a demo and haggle him/her for a good price.

They don't want to leave without a sale believe me.

$1000 or $1100 would be a good price.

yea i hops so Brian. but they probably won't see it as a threat until more brushes and an onboard sprayer comes out. and even then, it might take a couple years.

thanx --- Derek.

How well does it dig up matted pile? Is it possible to reverse the brushes so that they don't set? Are there different brushes available for the machine?

From the looks I would say yes to reversing the brushes. Rick G might be a better answer. As for other brushes I have heard that new ones are coming. The sprayer for 500.00 more seems a little high. I'm going to play with strapping my cordless MS and see how that works. I'd much rather buy another one than pay 500.00 for the upgrade.

I say Greenie should make a manifold that has to jets. It could connect to the machine and allow for a pump up sprayer to be connected to it. Rig up some kind of trigger system and away you go.

Yes Steve, I have one, thinking about buying 2 more

you should be able to soak the brushes in hot water and they should straighten out if it happens

Fon, here is some matted carpet photos for you

presprayed carpet, approx. 15 year old nylon

Cool. Thanks Chris, and Steve.

I think I have decided which CRB to buy. Now to just give you two guinea pigs about 4 months to make sure they don't fall apart.

You will soon learn that cleaning the brushes is nothing more than maintenance masturbation.

It makes you feel good, but actually serves no productive purpose.
