Ate at my one and only restaurant today. Two locations, this one has been Cimex'd twice and is ready for for a Scrub and Zipper in a big way.

If I owned a restaurant this busy, I'd have Marty out every three weeks to keep it fresh.
No idea how they live with this.

Love the results and challenge...

Zipper SS Super Spinner... Just gold for us now as well and we are not too worried about finding a formula that can work for us.... We just put some Flame to it if it doesn't want to cooperate :)

I only have one restaurant that I even prespray. All the others come clean with just wanding and that one just got new carpet so I'm hoping I won't have to prespray it anymore. They all look nasty when I start but clean up easy.

Yes scrubbing would help but they are happy and it's regular work.

Oh I forgot the little Chinese place. I prespray that too. Hmmm Chinese and Greek need prespray but not pizza hut and Bob Evans. Interesting.

I liked restaurants because it was steady money. Kind of fun to see such a dramatic change as well. Kept a set of my old hoses just for restaurants. Quick pressure wash of hoses at end of job and rolled them and stored them until next one.

That's usually what I suggest too. A little Flame, maybe a little gasoline.

Yep I've seen those results on the two I prespray.

Not sure why the others clean up so good without it.

And I'm a night person more than a morning person so it all works for me.

We're not too keen on restaurants unless they want it serviced regularly like 6 weeks. No more semi annual or annuals for us. It's a restaurant for chrissake.
