Brand new gas station opening up.
Construction debris all over it.

They need it cleaned up now. So I'm heading there now!

Plan on using the Rotovac 360 XL tile and grout head and make some quick money!

6 p.m. and I'm on my way!

We came unprepared really.... Lesson learned again!

When went to look quick today, I assumed was just all sheet rock dust.

Ran into paint overspray (3 guys in there apparently spraying and not covering all the floor...

Some grout haze too...

Paint in the grout lines (as well as on top of the ceramic)

Forgot pads, drive block and should have had a heavier scrubber along...

Again, showed up to a gun fight with a knife you could say....

Don't ya just love it! Never a dull moment in our business... I always do that. Leave the big tools in the garage thinking the job is an easy slam dunk. Then......

This is the equivalent of washing and waxing your car and having it hail. This is why we can't have nice things.

Any time you get that really good "easy money" feeling, pack extra shit just in case. I learned this the hard way, many times.

Oh how true!

The feeling I had the moment I discovered all this and the shop was 30 minutes away....

And then when I confirmed that they had been painting in the place with 3 spray guns....only covering the area in front of them while they each painted....

Gas and a lighter where on my mind as I was crashing and burning.....

It will clean some tile and grout, but you might still be doing a lot of hand work and scrubbing to prep the tile and grout.

The grout head can work nice on cleaner tile and grout...

But be prepared with other cleaning items too such as grout brushes, maybe still the drive block and red and black pads....

To run a spinner you are going to possibly need 800 psi, but if 600 psi, again a lot of hand prep work needed....
