We just finished a multi night commercial job ourselves…
It worked out to 579$ an hour..
Carpet, and a boat load of upholstery..
I’m thinking that that is a pretty good hourly average.

BUT, the job is 3 minutes from my shop, and 12 minutes from home…
They asked if we would be interested in doing it quarterly…

Asian buffet is not commercial. Restaurants are not considered commercial. They're considered neglected restaurants.

We enjoy normal commercial jobs, not late night restaurants.

Matt is correct. Restaurant work is in another category altogether.

We spent 20 years hitting it hard as a "commercial only" company.
But we seldom ever accepted restaurant work. Hated it!
The other commercial work though is GRAVY = easy money.
I agree with Evets, Jeff's ,and Matt's comments above.
