Largest commercial job we've done so far.
3 people - 2 Vibes - 14 hrs over 3 evenings. Highest hourly money we have ever made.
I would much rather do commercial than residential.
They want us back in 6 months.
We just finished a multi night commercial job ourselves…
It worked out to 579$ an hour..
Carpet, and a boat load of upholstery..
I’m thinking that that is a pretty good hourly average.

I just dropped 2 of my commercial accounts. The Asian Buffet and the Mongolian place. I'm moving up in the world.
Asian buffet is not commercial. Restaurants are not considered commercial. They're considered neglected restaurants.

We enjoy normal commercial jobs, not late night restaurants.

Matt is correct. Restaurant work is in another category altogether.

We spent 20 years hitting it hard as a "commercial only" company.
But we seldom ever accepted restaurant work. Hated it!
The other commercial work though is GRAVY = easy money.
I agree with Evets, Jeff's ,and Matt's comments above. 👍
