There you go Kelli I out dumbed you on the questions. Don't apologize for working your butt of to do a better job for your customers and your future. America needs a lot more of that old fashion work ethic.

Why would that be a bad thing if I a customer was "coached" on what to say? I can't imagine they would post a glowing review if they weren't totally satisfied.
Actually, you have a good point. They are giving you the review because they are happy and because they want to help you, so if they ask you what you want other customers to know and you coach them a little bit, it's not like you are lying, you are just showing them how to help you out the right way.

Thank you Doug! Lol...no dumb questions right?! The M12 trim is the Mach 12 wand that he used to edge the rooms, as the rotary extractors don't get right up against the trim. :)

So Mike while on the subject. Would you do two 370s in vans for the price of an AT now that you are experienced cleaning with single wand machines again?

No but when the Vortex finally dies it wont be replaced with another Big Truck/AT/870. I dont need two dual wand rigs in Scruz.

In that very unique demographic one "Dually" rig and a single wand rig for small job, long distance/hilly and for applying FPA and the proceeding spot cleaning jobs, a small van will be ideal.
I'm hoping the Vortex lasts for as long as the state lets it stay around.
If it blows up tomorrow I suppose a 1200/CDS/Butler would be in order.

I dont want or expect my guys there to maintain a slide in.

My buddy Rich says the 370 is his favorite machine from a maintenance and repair standpoint. He said Sapphire really knocked it out of the park with that one.

I think the 2" vs 1.5" debate comes down to personal preference than actual results, I have Ti wands on both vans now but when I had my white magic I used aw29 with a 6 foot whip and never noticed a bit of difference...

My 370 is still Kickin Butt. I just hit 600 hrs today. Only thing not working right is the chem feed needs to be gone through. It might need a new 3 Way Valve or Metering needle valve. I just haven't had the time, been doing FWR

I was trying to test the rise time. The vacuum is set for 14 HG at the end of 100' Hose. This is with the 90 Gallon tank. I am still running under 3000 RPM. The blower is spinning around 3400. Not bad for a 20 hp Kohler

I was only running 350 PSI but that is with 7.5 flow. She moves some water

Lol! You know what I mean....
There are companies out here that advertise using pics of a nice van and claim that they are using "state of the art" equipment and show up with a creeper van, no lettering and a porty, and do a horrible job.
So, yes...many customers ask over the phone what equipment we use, they verify that we have a good TM.

With as many as they are selling, the used market in 10 years will be full of them. The TM mechanics will all get to know the quirks of the machine.

In many products the second model is often the best value. The base model sets the initial price to enter the market. They add several upgrades to the second model in the line and don't charge a whole lot more for the upgrades.

Then they added a big upgrade to many guys on the next model ss570---water cooled motor---an only a couple thousand more. How the heck do you not end up with their top of the line model? It is only a couple thousand more........

Their naming plan works really well also. Rage ss370 ss570 ss870...

Whereas which is taller? An Everest an Apex or a Peak?

The factory walk through Mike did of the SS factory was awesome. The Butler factory walk through was really good also. The videos on the Prochem site are pathetic...
