That would be way to big for me but if there was a big dryout, such as warehouse it would be great. I feel 250,000 btu/hr works great for most houses. I was just amazed how large the heater is.

The one in the video is fairly quiet. Are all heaters in trailers that quite?

Certain brands are quiet even when not in a trailer. I have a 225,000 btu system that is no louder than a "brand new" standard snail style airmover when the ducting is on.
