Ok putting this out there going to go fast. 650HP cleaned up and serviced no major overhaul customer is wanting 8ish if we do a frame off restoration and pre bought customer choice on colors 14ish 7100 hours 1 year old blower and frame off will be new pump hoses brass etc etc. as is but cleaned up/serviced. if Interested message me. The frame off will mostly only be done if we get a buyer willing to pre buy it. Call me if interested.

We are thinking that since we are stripping this down it makes no sense not to put a low mileage used engine in. It will add 3500ish to the total so 17500 for a damn new 650 HP. I have 4 people talking no one has dropped any cash so if interested 1/2 down and the other half a week before it's done and it's yours. After it's done it will be $1000 more

So what kind of a blower does it have with a whopping 650 horsepower? Also do I need a semi to put it in or will a 25' box truck do the job?

The "HP" designates it as High Pressure not horsepower. But I can see where you could be confused if you are not familiar with the model.
