870ss vacuum relief update?

I heard there was some sort of update for the 870ss (original sapphire one) for the vacuum relief valve. I have mine set at 13' but I am trying to figure out the correct setting and dial in my suction. Lately it has been feeling slightly off. I am also going to reseal the tank and check my hoses.

Do your adjusting to the spring with your average hose run attached and 90% blocked off.
