9 Cats!

9 cats living in a house today, a lot of faeces and urine on the carpet in every room.

I couldn't get this urine stain out no matter what, after spotting, agitating and HWE. I let the customer know that I couldn't get it out. She was okay with it. Rest of the carpet came up well. And Im going back in a fortnight to do another 3 rooms plus a staircase.

Any tips on how to get it out?

Hydrogen peroxide and ammonia may remove it.

stain magic then cover with plastic wrap. 6 hours later its gone...most of the time.

You are in Australia, most of the carpet there is wool, right? Do you know what this particular carpet's fiber is?

Try pros choice Urine Stain Remover to post treat the spot and let it just dry in the carpet. It should help lighten the color
