In just a little over 90 days (2017) we will be entering into our 40th year building equipment.

(Personally, 45 years total in this Industry!)

Therefore not to toot our own horn, or use this thread as a "Sales Pitch", but rather express my thanks which I believe at this point, well deserved making it to this point which in today's world is somewhat rare, unfortunately.

Looking back, I have met some terrific individuals and have made many, many friends from all over the World and, from all different back grounds. Just wonderful people, and families.
But, most of all, I have learned an awful lot too in regards to the building and design of equipment. Oh sure, we have made a few blunders along the way in the early days, however, I can honestly state, that it most definitely takes years and years of "experience" and refinements that lead to a great product. No question. And, I am very proud of what we at Cross-American have accomplished in terms of innovations (many of which are used today by other builders) which hopefully has elevated the HWE Industry to much higher levels than way back in the late 60's!

Best to all, and many sincere Thanks to everyone!

Thanks, Mikey. But, you have been around for some time now too. How long?

Remember, I was the one who sent you a couple decades ago, that crummy wand that you were bitching about; rightly so looking back!-lol!

Anyways, I owned a Carpet Cleaning Company here in Michigan for 7 years. 3 locations (AnnArbor/Lansing/Pontiac); 11 trucks. I was younger with a lot of testosterone!-lol

I hear ya, and you are correct when comparing it to the more recent wands produced over the past 15 years. No comparison. However, I remember doing a lot of work with those wands when we were cleaning! Really interesting to see how far this Industry has come over the years. Remember the single vac, 37 psi oberdorfer pumps, machines in the early days!!!!!! Unfortunately, the History of this Industry has been lost and that is really too bad.

Anyways, thanks for the compliment: "POS".........didn't you mean: Piece-Of-Stainless?
