OK...it won't open...
however the first problem IS:
the very front nut that holds the whole PTO together......
the manual sez it's a right hand thread (righty tighty)
but i have two Case (experts?) that say it's a left hand thread......
...it's on tight.....if i break the damn thing it's close to $500.00 for a new PTO.......
