Too many chems,an equipment to repair.
8 Evo wands etc.
We have a hydramaster cds box truck,flat tires.
So I am gonna ask the owner.
For permission to part out unwanted stuff for sale.
We able,I will test out then post here.
Maybe some one can get cheap.
An utilize.Friday found a new flir in trash barrel.
Ya...I'm on it here.
Will do what I can for you guys to aquire.

When I go to Jon Don Chicago to have the annual maintenance done on my TM, I make it a point to walk the shop to see other vans. In almost all cases they are junked. Cant imagine what their shop looks like.

Planning, Staffing, Organization, Direction and Control. (Mack Clark) Business Management 101. Problem is, only a handful of carpet cleaning companies are properly managed.

Looks like Numero Uno is on the right path.

In such dirty disarray.
But every day it's getting better.
All the dehus been scoured out,new hoses an filters.
This week each airmover same.
The wands were nightmares,dirty jet filters, wrong jet sizes an or improper strike angles.
But one day at a time.
Spent half the day in Everett an Cambridge.
So delegation an lead by example.
All I can do...
But I fully welcome the challenge.

It pains me to say this but my son is in the same boat. Just bought a building for his business. He really knows the business well. Problem is, he is disorganized and does not have good management skills. Worse off, he is hard headed and thinks he has to do everything and he is always right. (I was the same at his age)

Its easy to be good at something, its a whole nother thing to manage it properly
