Billy looks good. What cleaner are you hitting it with?? Does that rotary brush have even or uneven Bristles. Nothing like edging around automatic comodes too. LOL

Brad, used mostly Zep industrial cleaner. Foamy when concentrated however we had a hose bib in each restroom. This is a Gunn uneven brush with grit. I give it/us about a 8-0 in removing all the build up. These floors have always been cleaned with a portable.

Lol 8-9. Mikey turned me on to this type of brush, I have no clue how we would have done without it, what I do know is no previous cleaner had even "scared" the dirt caked grout!

No problem what so ever on these. Wouldn't dare do any natural stone with it though

Thanks Billy, I have a basin brush for my 175. But it is all even length bristles. Doesn't get in the grout at all.

Yes commercial tile jobs show a drastic change almost always!
