A First For Me........In WD!

Got called to an extraction/WD job today. I've seen lot's of weird WD damage/fire damage, but this was a first for me.

Exploding toilet.

Lady left candle burning on top of brand new American Standard ($$$$) toilet. Candle burned down, broke glass vase, started the doily on fire, it burned down to the magazine/library rack next to toilet, fired burned up the side of cold tank and it burst. Put out the fire, but did cause a lot of plastic-y odor to the house. Fire damage contained to small part of drywall, but whole house will need cleaned, top to bottom.

I was going to mention that it was just my Mudderinlaws toilet.....after one of her Mexican creations. (she is 100% Mexican).
