The Duck has done this to his Vortex. I was really impressed with Duck's set up when we met up with him in Detroit last summer.

Duck also has power & heated mirrors. Pretty cool set up.

That is what we have planned for our new AT Ian.

We will move my existing XM Sat Radio. We plan on adding a wired Camera though instead of wireless for dependability issues. I also may ad a ultrasonic system since I have one already.

What is up with those steps? Did he add the extras?

We have many other options I want but we will see what we can afford first  .

I hung my Sirius radio form the visor dash about where a rear view mirror would go
and Velcro the remote on the ledge of the shift counsel.... easy to see at a glance and remote is at you finger tips

I was looking at the back up camera at walmart and like in wizards picture you really cant see the corners of the truck

The UPS guy has one at the top center of the back doors where you can see 4' out and corner to corner.......

I have been looking around for one like this but have not found it yet

Hey Mike,

I returned two of those units, they work best @ 19' or less.

POS , IMO

Spend a few more bucks and get one like the Wizard posted.

The camera on the 98. unit is not going to last, it's plastic crap.

The one Wizard shows has the camera built into license plate frame, looks way better.

These things are life savers. Gave myself a hernia hooking up my trailer. I installed the truckcam(tailgate bezel) on my pick up. Now I'm gonna put one on the back of my trailer. Plugs right into my Garmin 7200 gps.

If you were to take the camera off the plate and mount it above the doors at a down ward angle could you see corner to corner of the back bumper ?? and not just the 2 or 3 feet in the middle ???
