Enough with the innuendos from suppliers.

If I have to read Larry Cobb, the Interlinkers, the Twins, Olsen or or any of the rest of you with something to sell to refer to YOUR product as a "well formulated pre spray" or "a Powdered Reducing Agent" I'm just gonna shut this damn place down..

Mikey's Board.come LLC was created to be a board for us cleaners to be upfront and honest with one another and I also expect that from the suppliers and manufacturers who post here as well.

My name is not Evan or Rob. You DO NOT have to buy a banner ad from me in order to talk your product here.
Do so in good taste and with respect and I'll love you to death. If you want to buy a banner to help support the board and make a few extra bucks that's great, go for it.

I want Larry Cobb to tell me to use HIS Fiber Brite when I ask about fringe whitening I dont want to have to guess what the hell a two part powdered reducer is. I want Forsythe to spell out Genie Care 1300 when he thinks that this is the juice needed for the job. Well Formulated my ass.

Dont make me say it again.

Amen. When I first came to the boards, like 10 years ago, suppliers like Cobb made it really hard for me because they used terms like that. Once I finally figured out what the deal was, I just could NOT understand why they just didn't give the product name.

And it really pisses me off to see a supplier with two million presprays and rinses on offer. That's one thing I REALLY like about Les at Judson's. One product and one booster and one freakin rinse that you can use for all circumstances.

And why in the hell do you think we carry 2 million presprays? Do you think we like to build large warehouses and pay the cost of inventory on a bunch of products that all do about the same thing at a different dilution?

Because we have 2 million BDCCs that are convinced that their prespray is the only one that works and we can't tell them that the prespray that supposedly doesn't work is a private label of the one that does work.

We do it because we try to make everyone happy except when it comes to postcard programs. Then we just like to tease people so we don't have to talk about the difference in 2 million presprays.

I feel so much better now. Carry on.

LOL. Most carpet cleaners are fickle and don't even know if a product really works good or not for themselves. They just go with the newest hype product. It must be super frustrating for suppliers.

Marty nailed it...it's OK to tell a BDCC to STFU and listen once in awhile, someone has to we all can't be politically correct all the time.

This may also be the time to reveal the real secret:
They all buy it from Johnson & Johnson!

The only difference is the added color and the scent.

Now you know.

I like green and the "clean" scent in the morning. It makes me feel like.........
a carpet cleaner.

Damn Larry, that must have felt like you just got baptized in a lake of fire.

Tell us more about how you recommend using the powdered Reducer to lower the pH of the Masterblend Rug Shampoo.

I'm proud of you Mr Cobb.

It's gonna be hard to not blow it on ICS huh?

And of course, if in every previous post you had named your product, or recommended your product, you'd have already been put on the Joe Polish Memorial Toboggan to Hell.

Good luck!
