One of thier mechanics, Jason, worked for Ray at Carpet Maintenance supply when it was in San Mateo before the move to Redwood city.
The other guy in area takes your equipment to Sacramento for repairs where the employee rate is cheaper for him.
Jason has been my mechanic for years.

IMO he is very talented. He understands that all TM's do the same thing and share many of the same components.
He knows how to diagnose the problem. If in doubt ask him what he will work on.
He was formally also the mechanic for many of the site seeing tour busses, Fake Cable Cars and Ducks that operate in SF.
