i will post a pic and try to do a video but things are acting goofy on me..
we do this job 2 mines a month..it is a distribution center and get dusty
pretty fast in there..we are getting .35 sqfr and it is a little over 500 sqft
what got him was the coffee spills..the last guy told him they wouldnt come
out and if they did that they would come back..i took the opportunity to guarantee
him that they wouldnt come back but it would cost him a little more than the last guy
because he couldnt do what i can do..after the cleaning he told me i better not be bullshitting
him because it took us less than 1/2 the time to clean it (he like that) but cost him a good bit
more..i told him if the coffee came back the cleaning was free..that was a year ago!!
we do his house and 14 employees homes and with my referral program god only
knows home that trees out..well service monster does but i am not looking it up
right now..
