Parper work is done... it's going there in the morning, I gave them plenty of time so... It's too late for them! I think Consumer Protection and the BBB in Utah will give me some kind of help too(well at least consumer protection will). Called Federal Trades Commitee they really couldn't help me.

Going to Waukesha County court house wasn't the way to handle this... I ran into a lawyer there today though... To have it started here(Waukesha) in his words would be throwing good money at the bad.

After talking to him though I have some new thoughts... none in which they STEAL my money!!!!!!!!!!
