Factor it in....if you end up discounting the job more than you wanted for some reason then maybe you could just skip that step depending.

I always say...don't charge for more but don't do more for less.

I charge more for our premium cleaning vs. our basic cleaning. Our premium includes, pre vac, crb scrub, steam clean, speed dry. 7 out of 10 choose the premium cleaning.

I stoped speed drying unless there is really a need for it. I used to just pre-spray and extract now it's a 10 step dog and pony show and speed drying is overkill when carpets are dry in 2-3 hrs most of the time anyways. I'm rasing prices then offering a discount if the custumer vaccums prior to our arival.
