We had a smoke odor call Sunday afternoon, a HVAC motor burned up at a medical facility and blown smoke odor throughout.
We exhausted the smoke odor out of the chamber using ducting and a couple of Vortex's (yes Lockhart we have 15-VORTEX's
). They replaced the motor and while cleaned up the soot in the HVAC chamber.
We then ozoned for several hours before they turned the system back on and business was back to usual.
