Here are some photos of the internals of the Tony wand:
First the replaceable swivel insert anodized for "wear resistance".
One bolt to replace "if needed".

Second the tube portion of the swivel which is packed with synthetic lube :

Mike has already shown the "locking mechanism"
The PTFE glide has more wear material than the leading brand.

This is my prototype I have been working with, The video doesn't show a whole lot. This paticular setup is with a modded Green Glide, Lisa is working on glides for me, for this wand. We will also have our own prototype glide at Mikey's Fest to get some feed back on what the guys think of it. Improved swivel, improved airflow, Improved low profile head design with 45* corners to get under toe kicks, and wieght of about 8.5 lbs. Most of the weight is all down low, settles on the carpet very very well. Adjustable manifolds to get the just right edge line without over spray. Reversable manifolds will adapt to our Super Shear brackets for those guys looking for the ultimate dry times.
This is just my rough wand no finish has been done yet.
