no matter what even if you have nothing to add..i cant figure out when you work or
if you do work. we have been so slammed since before thanksgiving i barley have time
to check the boards before the new topics are on the 2n d page and have 50 replies..
chill out a little, you dont have to be everywhere.

Yeah, sometimes I just can't help myself.

I remember back when I was just a noob and Mikey called me up because he thought I was cOnner. That was a funny conversation.
I think it started out with him saying "yer mama" so I said it back....
He then wanted t know what the hell was wrong with me because most new guys only post 1 or 2 times until they get used to it.
I started posting like a fiend and didn't even realize it.

This has been an ongoing thing...I try to back off once everyone gets sick of me....this is probably one of those times.

The Irony is I was just handed the marketing room and feel like I really want and need to contribute.
There in lies the conundrum.

It wasn't that long ago that Dave first relocated there.

That area has boomed since. I love that area between J'ville and Daytona...beautiful!

i turn 40 on jan 8th
we started the business 5 years ago on march 26th..(that was my first paying job)
i have been offered some pretty good money for the business but have no
desire to sell it. i plan on letting the employees run her while i go fishing becoming
a pert time employee..as i start other divisions of the company i will need to become
full time till everyone is where i want them again.
it will be a few more years before i am fully part time but am already starting
to take time off here and there to get things to run smooth without me in the mix.
eventually the employees will own 1/2 of the business and i will own the other.
that is the way to keep your people that helped build your business..dont give
them the option to leave..they are the ones that helped make it what it is so
they should get some of the rewards..
