There just some insurance companies that care more about their commercials than they do their insured.
Agents are generally good people and care about their clients but when it comes to claims handling the guys at the top hold on to the $ too tight and often deliver less than what their commercials imply.

I do a tiny bit of water stuff. Really small things, mostly for property managers and only if it's something that just happened. But mostly I just refer it out. I've been in places with a mushroom harvest on the carpet - "Can't you just wash it?"
