Andy Alcock

It is with the very deepset of sadness that I have to report the death of Andy Alcock.
He died very peacefully in his sleep on Thursday evening after a mercifully short but painful fight against brain cancer. He was surrounded by his wife and close knit family.
He will be sorely missed by his family, friends and the industry that was so close to his heart.

I had met Andy several times and had an enormous amount of respect for him.

With over 20 years experience in the furniture industry, Andy is the first approved instructor for the new IICRC Leather Cleaning Technician School. Andy is currently the Technical Director of The Leather Training and Technical Dept. Ltd. The LTT was established to service training needs for leather care and maintenance within the furniture industry.
