Aniline leather couch info

I was at a customers house today
and has a aniline leather couch in the basement finished basement i may add
dirty and has some what appears to be white mold on it
Any suggestions on cleaning this thing and what is the goin rate on cleaning would be?
But did have a tag on it stateing that it was aniline leather
He would really like to have something done with it
