Mike, the real story here is that Davis and Ely took care of a complicated problem that other cleaners couldn't solve without needing to consult you. That speaks to your skill in training these men, and that you have learned one of the most difficult lessons of a father and an employer:

Mike, your guys probably have all the resources to do great work but honestly its not that hard to outperform 95% of the other company's that call themselves "Carpet Cleaner", for all we know they might have used a spinner.
