I'll assume even Marty cleans homes where people eat at a dinner table.

When your talking to Mrs Pift in her kitchen , innocently tilt a chair or two back and see how they look.

These I did today look like Stanley Steemer or Kevin P got to them before I did...

Obviously water/liquid rings from drinks but also notice the water marks along the edges caused by uneven cleaning.

Easy fix.

Vacuum if needed then drench the whole seat with a Powdered Reducing Agent.

Give it a few minutes to work, agitate with a towel or horse hair. You'll see the rings start to fade right away.

I didn't even need a cleaning agent on these 8 chairs.
A few tough spots came out with a Fels rub down...

Then extract..

All of them came out this good.

Sell them some Protector and $30 times 8 is a cool $240 while your chimps cleans the carpet.

Cobbs Fiber Bright and Dyna Chem Ultra Shield used in this promotion and the cheap bastard wont even buy a banner.

I hate upholstery and especially water marked furniture. Today I leaRNET hows to take care of one of my pains with upholstery cleaned. Now if I could take care of my back during upholstery cleaning that would be better. Thanks MIkey.
