A full week off.

No phone calls from techs, office staff or customers.

Routes were made and printed and completed.



Other than running into a customer, I got a chance to forget I owned a business for a while.


Sounds nice eh?



It can be done.

If I was running a carpet cleaning company full time again I would be all over it.

Full Circle is the best thing in the world for anyone trying to clean and answer phones, trying to vacation, trying to save their sanity, trying to get away and just do whatever the hell they want.

I remember the first day that Full Circle took my phone for Sacramento and Dallas.

The stress relief was so huge that I just couldn't believe it.

No stress of answering the phones

No stress of hiring an employee

No stress of training an employee

No stress of paying and employee along with payroll taxes, insurance etc

No stress of that employee being on the phone and missing another call

No stress of firing that employee when they steel office supplies etc

No stress of unemployment benefits

No stress of being sued for not allowing unemployment benefits

No stress of doing it all over again


Get the picture?

If you want to grow or just get some stress relief you will HAVE to get someone to man the phones or man the van....you make the "call"

If you have employees or subs


No stress of dealing with their calls

No stress of dealing with pissed customers

No stress of confirmation calls

No stress of emails to customers and techs

No stress of babysitting

No stress of wondering who is doing what (thank you Service Monster as well)


The only little bit of stress is the fact that you have to relay to the girls YOUR way of doing things. They are human and will error on occasion as such.

That is such a small part of this because errors will happen not matter what with whoever you deal with.

Major company asset.

No stress of ......I can go on and on......and often do.
