Hey Jim,

Are you finding yourself using the Hole glide in the front more, or the slot?

I have been using the hole glides front and back I am finding the most......

What's the theory behind the bend in the handle?
It was designed this way so you can easily switch it to a wand style handle. This particular unit comes w/ both handle styles, but it's only available for the 13" Zipper Wand. The bent handle helps it propel forward when the handle is pressed straight down. Jim has a one of a kind Zipper w/ a 15" head.

Not so Chuck.

These are real world cleaners. Fact is we were pretty brutal on the Zipper comments only a few years ago. It needed tweaking. Instead of getting his feeling hurt and running away Erik listened and made adjustments that were needed.

Rotovac likewise has had a few hits, and a few foul balls.

I hope you take the constructive criticism as a golden opportunity to do what Eric has.

The RVxl seems to be a step in that direction.

That is crazy. I can't think of a better single wand setup. A zipper ,570 and an APO. That 8000 hour Apex really shows that the Kubota should be on par with the Nissan for longevity.

That is impressive heat for the size of heat exchanger in that unit, and it don't want to be the first guy to call him Martin a fibber, by no means and I mean by NO MEANS!
