here's what their website says:

Don't bother trying it, a year or two befor I started cleaning carpet we tried it, old female cat took to pissing in the corners, used as directed, didn't work, used as not directed, still didn't work!

We use it with decent results. It definitely does not work as they state though.. We've come across situations that nothing could get rid of the cat urine. It greatly improved it - but could not remove the odor - tried bac out, tried every odor remover product in the world - nothing can 100% remove a really bad cat urine damage.
