Anyone doing a Commercial Newsletter?

I am looking for a template or company that provides one for marketing to current as well as possibly prospective Commercial clients. Anyone have one or used one in the past? Looking for feedback on whether it has seemed helpful too.

This is a old one...........to be honest I don't even know if it went out or not

the tag line under address and phone number we copyrighted about the 2nd year in business and we have not used it in about a year and a half........

I don't target to much commercial work ........but if you can use it pick it apart and have at it..........
