I was contacted by this Company to do an estimate tomorrow on some furniture. Apparently the company handles adjuster claims for moving contractors. The furniture smells like mildew. I can easily handle the work, but was wondering if they are willing to pay my price. This is an account I would love to have as there is only one office in the state, and it could lead to a ton of work.
I usually charge 99-125 per sofa, 69-89 Love seat, 39-59 chair. Has anyone done work for these people and what kind of cleaner are they looking for ? I am Master Certified and that was one of the reasons I was contacted so I figure they expect the best.
